Job Description
Social Media (60%)
- Collaborate with Global and Regional social media team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences, select appropriate digital channels, and develop tactics to reach and engage them effectively
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics using web analytics tools. Generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and plan APAC social media toolkit including Facebook, Instagram.
- Drive social media strategy, content calendar to ensure consistency messaging across regions.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices. Share insights and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the company's digital marketing initiatives.
- Coop with Global social team to develop and manage social creative assets and content updates on media platforms
- Regularly gather market feedback to further improve effectiveness of digital social media planning strategies/plans/tools
- Deliver other digital marketing related works to regional team
Trade Marketing (40%)
Plan trade marketing calendar to ensure Asia Pacific Distributors (APD) are aligned with brand strategy and regional marketing campaigns.
- Coop and plan targeted tactical and branding campaigns via integrated marketing (PR, Digital & Social Media, CRM, Visual Merchandising, 3rd Party Partnerships)
- Ensure timely marketing assets delivery.
- Track pre- and post-campaigns performance
- Assist in managing GTM / sales meeting during in-season launch
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on executing successful campaigns and driving results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools (Sprinklr & Meltwater), and marketing automation software.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Regional exposure is a plus.
