Marking Associate

Marketing Manager: Bober tea is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand promotion. We're looking for a passionate professional with a background in the beverage or F&B industry who is ready to elevate our brand to new heights.Responsibilities
Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and execute both online and offline marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to boost brand awareness.
Brand Promotion: Plan and implement advertising campaigns, brand partnerships, social media strategies, and more to enhance brand visibility.
Data Analysis: Analyze market data and consumer feedback to optimize marketing initiatives continuously.
Event Planning: Organize events and promotional activities to increase brand exposure and attract new customers.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product, sales, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and improve customer experience.
Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience: At least 2 years of marketing management experience experience in F&B or retail brands is a plus.
Skill Requirements: Proficient in digital marketing tools and data analysis, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Passion and Innovation: Passionate about the tea industry, with a creative mindset and strong execution ability.
Location
Mainly based at our headquarters, with occasional travel required to support store events.Salary and Benefits
