Location: Westgate, Chinatown, Suntec - Singapore

Job Requirements:
- Nationality: Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
- Experience: Prior experience in milk tea or dessert stores is preferred
- Workdays: 6-day work week
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of milk tea and dessert products according to the company's standards
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant experience for all customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area
- Handle transactions and manage inventory as required
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Working Hours:
- Shift 1: 10 AM - 8 PM
- Shift 2: 12 PM - 10 PM
- Each shift includes a 1-hour meal break
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: SGD 2,000
- Additional Incentives: Attendance Allowance: SGD 200 (for no late arrivals)
Absenteeism Allowance: SGD 100 (for perfect attendance)
Medical Leave Allowance: SGD 200 (for no MC taken)
- Other Allowances: Meal Allowance: SGD 200
Transportation Allowance: SGD 100
- Overtime Pay: Additional hours available (up to 2 hours per day), with an average monthly gross salary around SGD 3,500 with overtime included
- Annual Leave: 7 days per year, increasing annually by 1 day up to a maximum of 14 days
- Sick Leave: 14 days
