Operation and Sales & Marketing

Job Description:

• Responsible for sales through local and overseas travel agent channels
• Responsible for handling tour operations to fulfil clients requirements
• Provide general sales support in overall operations and special projects
• Coordinate reservations, contracts, and record keeping for tours and facility reservations
• Increase brand awareness and market share through various marketing channels such as social media and direct marketing
• Work with management to create new opportunities for growth
• Manage key accounts and retain a portfolio of key clients to ensure client retention and high level of customer satisfaction
• Implement marketing strategies by collecting client feedback, studying market trends and conducting competitors analysis

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Powerpoint and Excel
• Experience in E-commerce sales and BD an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel-related or E-commerce fields
• Experience in digital and social media marketing a plus
• A proven track record in travel-related sales
• A self-starter attitude with a confident and personable nature
• Willing to travel to key markets for monthly sales trips and events
• Fluent in English and mandarin
