OPERATION MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive advertising and promotional plans to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams, to develop marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, conduct market research, and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage advertising budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure all advertising and promotional materials are compliant with regulations.
• Utilize various advertising channels, including print, digital, and social media, to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of advertising and promotional campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Supervise and mentor advertising and promotions team members, providing guidance and feedback as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in advertising and promotions, with a proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and other emerging marketing trends and technologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and advertising
• Able to work on weekend and public holiday
• Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
