Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the creation, implementation, and optimization of marketing funnels for SME clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the SME sector.- Support the development of targeted marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Analyze funnel performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Help maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads and customer interactions.- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for attracting and engaging SME clients.
Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, report generation, and scheduling.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
