Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to sell digital marketing solutions
- Understand and articulate our services features, prices and benefits
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and drive conversions
- Arrange meetings with clients and demonstrate how our services can meet their needs
- Keep records of calls and record useful information
- Achieve monthly sales targets and goals
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in B2B telemarketing or sales preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results
- Proficiency in speaking to English and Chinese clients
Job Remuneration:
- Hourly rate: SGD 8 - 13
