Our client is a leading online travel platform and they are looking for an experienced integrated producer/project manager to lead the execution of their co-branded client creative campaigns.
Key Responsbilities:
- Manage execution and implementation of co-branded client campaigns, including project schedules, client management, resourcing, and QA.
- Coordinate workflows and collaborate across departments (Sales, Operations, Product Development, Marketing, etc.) globally.
- Lead the development and improvement of technical and non-technical documentation for custom products.
- Oversee the execution of diverse creative campaigns, spanning digital, influencer-driven, editorial, custom video, and experiential extensions.
Requirements:
- Highly organised multitasker with 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects efficiently, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and error-free delivery.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance big-picture goals and detailed project execution, while identifying solutions to meet quality and campaign objectives.
- Collaborative leader skilled at building trust, working transparently with internal teams, and managing cross-functional workflows (design, product, engineering, etc.).
- Creative problem-solver who provides consultative direction and resolves conflicts through effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management tools, creative software (e.g. Photoshop, Figma), and online marketing campaign implementation.
- Strong communication skills, emotional maturity, and the ability to lead projects from conception to completion, with a focus on efficiency and maximising business benefits.
