You will be responsible for the growth of digital share of sales for our Consumer business. Managing a small team; you will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and plans and translate them on our Digital Sales platforms (both Web and App) to drive customer acquisition and cross-/up-sell.
As a digital product owner, you will be supporting the onboarding of new purchase journeys, campaigns and offers, defining and managing the agile product backlog to increase conversions, and undertaking testing and development efforts to enhance capabilities and improve platform reliability and performance. You will also be responsible for reporting and analysis of digital sales performance.
As part of the Digital Department within our Consumer Business Group division, you will work cross-functionally with team members across business lines, UX-UI, CX, Data Analytics, CLM/CRM, Marketing/ Marcomms, Product, Customers Services, Program management, IS (information systems) and external vendors. You will act as a change agent to advocate for digital customer experience and generate more value out of digital platforms and inculcate Agile/Scrum practices for the prioritization of needs and the delivery of new capabilities.
Develop the growth-product (website, app) roadmap to drive the digital share of sales for specific business lines in the Consumer segment, in collaboration with business units and in alignment with the overall Digital Strategy and customer value proposition, measured in terms of NPS
Engage with UX-UI, CX, Data Analytics and various business line stakeholders in defining new features and in driving improvements in purchase journeys to drive digital share of sales. Identify research needs and A/B and multivariate test plans to optimize conversions.
Lead a small team and participate to execute day-to-day management of our Digital platforms to support product launches, campaigns and promos to drive digital share of sales and cross-/up-sell; via Content an Banner Management Systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders to meet our digital share of sales targets & influence offers and campaign strategy to maximize quality traffic and online conversion rate while maintaining campaign & animation plans
Define and manage the agile product backlog as the Product Owner of Purchase journeys and work closely with the Agile Scrum team, participate in Agile ceremonies and identify areas of improvement to improve teams velocity and the value of the output.
Lead the team and participate to document user stories in Agile platform, process flows, and testing.
Partner with internal IS (information systems) and vendors (on scope/timeline/quality) to communicate requirements and to ensure development, testing and release activities meet the delivery timeline.
Work closely with IS and vendors to ensure optimal platform accessibility and quality; with timely resolution of production issues; be hands-on and proactive in finding solutions or patterns, coaching and assisting team members to facilitate operational activities.
Monitor, report and analyse the performance of sales, on-site conversion (CVR), identify issues in drop-off and define optimization and improvement plans, based on Analytics and sales data
Demonstrate day-to-day cross-functional leadership for managing business
Conduct resource planning and management to distribute the team's workload and ensure quality & efficient deliveries
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
5+ years of proven track record as a Digital channel product owner with experience in driving digital share of sales
Proven experience with digital sales analysis and reporting is a must, comfortable with numbers and deriving action plans from data
Proven experience with web & app development, user experience best practices working with UX-UI teams; system integration working with IS teams and digital project management
Good understanding of Digital Marketing and disciplines required to drive the quality of traffic reaching the digital channel
Technical skills:
Experience with Agile delivery and practice of SCRUM
Hands-on and accustomed to manage operations (including in CMS and banners/ campaigns management) and liaise with IT/Devs to fix production issues when needed (eg. Promo config, content updates, issue tracking)
Proficient in using Google Analytics or/and Adobe Analytics
Behavioral skills:
Excellent senior stakeholder management and cross-functional consensus driving skills within matrix organizations
Prior experience in direct reports team management
