Product Marketing Engineer (Pre-sale/ Electronics Component)
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Marketing: Initiate and manage marketing and promotional activities for assigned products to drive regional and global business growth.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to secure design wins and resolve troubleshooting issues to maintain business relationships.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and headquarters to align goals and develop strategies for success.
- Performance Management: Use the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) system to manage marketing activities, analyzing successes and failures to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Training Coordination: Organize training sessions for sales teams and distributors to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Digital Marketing Initiatives: Enhance marketing efforts for long-tail customers through digital marketing and participation in exhibitions.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify customer pain points, key players, and competitors, and develop solutions to address those challenges.
- Collaboration Projects: Engage in projects that involve bundled promotions, product Q&A, and training with the Regional Strategic Marketing section.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering is preferred, but candidates with other engineering degrees are also welcome.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electronics and the market ecosystem, along with strong market analysis skills.
- Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Adaptability: A positive outlook in challenging work environments.
- Travel Availability: Willingness to travel within the ASEAN, India, Oceania, and Japan regions.
