Lark Marketing APAC Team
As part of the Lark Go-to-Market (GTM) team, the Lark Marketing APAC team operates in a lean and highly efficient manner. We closely support our growing Commercial team and are dedicated to growing brand awareness to drive demand generation. Embracing a collaborative culture, we work closely together to drive impactful marketing initiatives that effectively position and promote Lark in the APAC (ex-China, ex-Japan) market.

About the role:
- You will partner closely with sales, presales and customer success teams to develop compelling positioning, messaging, and storylines for Lark in the APAC market that are informed by customer insights
- You make technical features easy to understand and accessible to all. This includes pitch decks, demos, videos, and industry solutions. Build sales enablement programs which incorporate content usage, feedback collection, and continued iteration for product adoption
- You own product messaging. Defining the content marketing strategy to drive industry thought leadership and work cross-functionally to build web pages, video scripts, banners, social posts, emails, blogs, and launch marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- You own event content, including developing speeches and pitch decks for senior leadership's speaking engagements
- You are the voice of customer. Gathering and synthesizing customer requirements and communicate back to product management as input to product enhancements and our future roadmap
- You will develop market/competitive intelligence, acting as our thought leader and expert
- You will distill product selling points and translate features into customer languageMinimum Qualifications:
- You are technical and product savvy. You are comfortable with both tech talk and product talk, you effortlessly navigate between technical details and product benefits. Enabling you to connect with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- You have a high bar for content quality. You are intellectually curious about industry and customer insights, and can skilfully convert them into creative storytelling and bring a unique point of view.
- You possess a customer-centric approach. You understand our customers pain points and aspirations, enabling you to craft messages and materials that resonate with their needs and desires.
- You are familiar with the Enterprise productivity stack and have no problem speaking across the different collaboration tools that customers are using.
- You excel in Project Management. You are great at managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product launches.
Preferred Qualifications:
- You have prior startup experience, showcasing your adaptability and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You have prior experience in a product marketing role for a SaaS B2B product.
- You thrive in a startup environment. We're essentially a startup, and you'd be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will need to possess an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable with constant changes and ambiguity. You're down-to-earth and willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to tackle tasks, no matter how big or small.
- You're passionate and possess strong curiosity. You enjoy learning; staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and bringing innovative ideas to the business.
