As the Regional Digital Marketing Manager/Sr. Manager - SEA, you will play a crucial role in growing Viu user base growth and improving retention of free and paid subscribers via paid media campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, SEA, you will be working with local markets to deliver best results for digital campaigns across social, programmatic & native digital channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with the primary goal of driving measurable results and achieving specific business objectives. You will be working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to understand the wants and needs of the market, while ensuring that relevant campaigns are being created for all stages of the customer journey.
Your role
- Manage all key performance channels including paid search, display, social media and programmatic media buys across SEA (TH, PH, HK & SG). Market allocation to be decided based on bandwidth and scope
- Manage end to end process of campaign creation, including the setting up of ad sets, audience targeting, ad copies, creative review and bid adjustments with the assistance of local market support
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop overall integrated campaign paid media strategy and plans, outlining key marketing themes, messages and offers throughout the year
- Drive data-driven analysis and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and value such as benchmarking, monitoring and analyzing performance against traffic, engagement metrics and ROAS goals
- Ensure budget pacing against targets across all campaigns
- Lead affiliate platform growth to drive subscriptions and other key business metrics
- Develop and deliver management reporting materials, reports and presentations on key initiatives and business results
To succeed in your role
- 5-8 years of digital marketing (performance marketing) experience either client or agency
- Knowledge of ad platforms and management tools including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and AppsFlyer
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
- Good command of English (written & spoken)
- Familiar with Asian entertainment especially Korean variety and entertainment shows is a plus
- Proactive with a keen eye for detail
- Have sound numeracy skills with the ability to accurately put together campaign performance reports with a basic analysis of key learnings
