Shiseido Asia Pacific's Digital & Ecommerce team is hiring for 4 internship positions under their respective pillars (Consumer and Market Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, CRM).
This will be a 6 months internship from Jan to Jun 2025. Please only apply if you are able to commit to the internship full-time.
MAIN PURPOSE
As a Regional Digital Marketing Intern, you will support the Digital Marketing team in various tasks related to the paid and owned media end-to-end management. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn about digital marketing, eCommerce operations, and customer engagement strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Media
- Support strategies for cross-channel campaigns ensuring the ability to capture attribution from top funnel tactics to low funnel conversion metrics across different platforms, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Contribute to the planning, executing, optimising & evaluating marketing activities for regional performance marketing campaigns across APAC markets within a matrix organisation and external agency partners.
- Assist on creation of regional best practices, playbooks, frameworks, benchmarking strategies on digital marketing and media.
Owned Media
- Website Operations & UI/UX Optimization: Support the management and measurement of owned media assets, including SEO, UI/UX website optimization as well as content management
Conduct monthly site audit and work with local affiliate stakeholders on any issues that arise. E.g. missing product image/price, discrepancies between mobile and desktop, wrong links, button not working etc.
- Website Rollout Support: Collaborate with key stakeholders and Project Manager to participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify and report any issues, bugs or discrepancies found, to ensure the website meets business requirements and user expectations
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse ecommerce performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Tools Governance
- Manage & maintain regional marketing tools & accesses, including pureplayers marketing solution, google analytics etc
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum eCommerce, Business, Marketing, or related degree
- Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce
- Excellent People and Communication skills with an ability to adapt to different personalities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Soft Skills: Analytical, Initiative, Curious, Collaborative, Passionate
- Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel preferred.Basic command of media planning knowledge
Familiarity on ecommerce platforms/tools such as SFCC, JIRA, Google Analytics 4 would be a plus
