Job Scope:
- Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty, using insights gathered from customer feedback and data analysis.

Requirements
- Min a Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field MBA preferred with at least 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, with a focus on customer journey and social media marketing.
- Preferably with past FMCG marketing experiences
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A proactive attitude and a goal-getter mindset, demonstrating the ability to work independently and take initiative.
