Work Location: Regional Technology & Innovation Centre, Biopolis, Singapore
Reporting To: Senior Brands Manager
Travel: 20% across APMEA region
This role is part of the Brands Marketing team for Foodservice in APMEA (Asia Pacific Middle East & Africa). The successful candidate will support the growth of Kerry's leading strategic beverage brand, DaVinci Gourmet. DaVinci Gourmet enables baristas, mixologists, and food service operators to create drinks masterpieces. With a wide range of syrups, sauces, and beverage powders, the brand offers a palette of flavors for creating amazing drinks. Originating in Seattle during the specialty coffee boom, DaVinci Gourmet has evolved into a leading player in the food service industry, supporting major coffee and tea chains globally as well as independent coffee shops and outlets.
The primary objective of this role is to manage the brand portfolio (innovation, renovation, selling material) and execute marketing campaigns across the region. This includes research, insights generation, launch and implementation, budget support, and analysis of results, with a strong focus on digital integration.
Key responsibilities
Brand Portfolio Management: Oversee DaVinci Gourmet brand portfolio, including renovation and innovation projects from ideation to launch. Collaborate with the Research & Development team in Singapore to organize tastings, gather feedback, and connect with finance, applications, and commercialization teams. Develop selling materials, including a recipes library.
Marketing Campaigns Implementation: Execute regional marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and growth. Develop POSMs and marketing promotional materials for both online and offline campaigns.
Customer Engagement: Lead customer presentations, promotional activities, sampling, events, and tradeshows.
Digital Marketing: Marketplace promotional events and campaigns.
Campaign Performance Tracking: Track and provide recommendations for offline and online campaign performance, best practices, and improvements for future campaigns.
Budget Management: Coordinate marketing budget management and administrative tasks, including purchase order raising, invoicing, and budget tracking.
Close collaboration with colleagues across Local & Central Marketing, Sales teams, Research & Development, Commercialization, Baristas, and Mixologists is essential, as well as with external agencies.
Understanding regional differences beyond Singapore, Malaysia, and South-East Asia is required to support the brand across Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa, embracing the region's diversity.
Qualifications and skills
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, specifically in execution, branding, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
Proven track record in managing brand portfolios, including innovation and renovation projects.
Experience in developing and executing regional marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
Familiarity with creating and managing POSMs (Point of Sale Materials) and promotional materials.
Experience in organizing and leading customer presentations, promotional activities, sampling events, and tradeshows.
Proficiency in tracking and analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable recommendations.
Ability to handle budget management, including purchase order raising, invoicing, and budget tracking.
Understanding of regional market differences and the ability to adapt marketing strategies to diverse markets across Asia Pacific, Middle-East, and Africa.
