Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Management intern with Maybank Securities, you will have a unique opportunity to delve into the dynamic world of financial services.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting in the creation and implementation of our Market Insights initiative across various platforms, including WhatsApp and email.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of Hot Stocks channel.
• Creating and curating content related to market insights for channel updates.
• Monitoring and analysing the performance of Market Insights initiative.
• Assisting with data collection and analysis to support targeted marketing efforts and customer segmentation.
• Supporting the team in events logistics and administrative tasks.
• Supporting the team in daily administrative support to the sales force.
• Supporting the team in handling daily queries of the sales force.
• Supporting the team in working with stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment of operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop and more.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• A self-starter with a positive, we can do it! sort of attitude.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up.
• Strong project and time management skill.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
