The Sales Coordinator reports to the Director and plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of real estate transactions. This position involves managing property listings, assisting in client communications, coordinating marketing efforts, and facilitating administrative tasks to enhance the overall efficiency of the sales process.
Individual to be involved in:
1.Employee orientation and basic training on administrative tools
2. Participate in training sessions focused on developing verbal and written communication skills for phone, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring all questions are addressed accurately. Document inquiries and maintain records of client interactions for follow-up purposes.
3. Understand the basics of digital marketing strategies relevant to property listings. Explore tools and techniques for promoting properties online. Help plan and organize marketing campaigns for property promotions.
4. Gain knowledge of compliance requirements in the real estate industry. Understand the step-by-step process from making an offer to finalizing a sale. Assist in drafting and comprehending sales agreements between buyers and sellers.
5. Coordinate with external parties, such as lawyers and clients. Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.Learn how to create and track timelines for different real estate projects.
