About the team
The Enterprise Security team is dedicated to elevating the level of cybersecurity to fully support ByteDance as well as our clients digital journey. We aim high at building the next-generation cybersecurity. Rooted from years of practical experience in the enterprise security domain within ByteDance, the team now runs as a business. We provide a comprehensive set of security capabilities to help our clients develop a Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) architecture with simplicity and convenience. The team is agile, efficient and open. Your idea matters.

Responsibilities:

- Establish a partner expansion map and plan, carry out partner expansion and business development in the regional market, and complete quarterly and annual sales tasks;
- Establish the industry flagship customer cooperation signing target, complete the breakthrough and accumulation of industry KA customers, understand the industry background and dynamics, output industry solutions, and realize the expansion and replication of the industry in the region;
- Responsible for the development, maintenance, service and post-tracking of cooperation channels such as integrators, channel distributors, and software manufacturers;
- Provide training on products and solutions, empower, coordinate internal resources to support partners projects, and facilitate business cooperation between partners and end customers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of working experience in Internationalization business sales and service - Internationalization customers, familiar with the local market, English can be used as the working language;
with overseas IT industry/security products/zero trust products customer resources and ecological partner resources accumulation;
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with CXO level executives and Call high ability;
- Skilled business skills, rich practical experience in landing, clear thinking, clear focus, complete project layout and landing;
- Pay attention to efficiency, good mentality and ability to withstand pressure, self-driven, brave to accept challenges, work diligently and pragmatically, and have a strong sense of responsibility;
- Mature project operation and resource integration capabilities, and be good at analyzing and solving complex problems.
