Information
- Salary range: $3,000 - $4,000 + Transport Allowance + Commission
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Manage E-commerce, product marketing, CRM to secure existing customer & potential customer.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Prepare quotation and handle negotiations.
- Provide after sales follow-up on quality issue.
- Maintain and grow current contract base by capturing new customer and sustaining existing customer.
- Prepare and follow-up of contract quotation.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of contract execution.
- Involve in exhibition & other campaigns
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Pleasant personality with capability to effectively communicate with customers.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking customers complain
