Sales & Marketing Manager

Xin Yuan Fei Edu Hub (Coeus International Holdings) runs a one -stop educational service providing consultation and support services to international students wishing to study in Singapore We are looking for Marketing Manager to lead and provide guidance to a team of marketing & sales supports. This position will also be responsible for developing & executing various strategies to create brand awareness and communicate the center's message to target audiences.

Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of marketing supports and providing guidance to new hires for Sales & Marketing team
• Propose and executing Enrolment Growth & Marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Develop & execution of sales and marketing plan to achieve sale goals
• Develop & execution of campaigns to develop brand awareness
• Advisory discussions with students, parents & stakeholders
• Analyze statistics, identify market trends and prepare reports for top management
• Deliver market insights & forecasts using reports

Requirements :

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Min 6 years of relevant Marketing experience and in leading teams
• Prior experience in the Education Sector will be high advantageous
• Mandarin proficiency will be advantageous as there will be frequent communications with counterparts in China as well as parents.
