The successful candidate will drive performance and growth with responsibility for marketing strategy and sales plans and execution of both short and long-term business and marketing initiatives to drive growth for new customer acquisition and service delivery excellence in Singapore.
Brief description
The position of Sales & Marketing Manager involves leading and managing both sales and marketing objectives in an organisational and industry-wide level, while championing service delivery excellence. It also consists of leading brand awareness and building campaigns, aligned to the company's focuses and goals.
Tasks
- Develop, implement and manage the marketing/PR strategies
- Plan, implement and manage marketing and lead generation campaigns and measure results
- Develop and maintain a consistent corporate image and ensure that the brand is well communicated across all channels
- Creation, implementation, and management of marketing plans and activities
- Manage all social media channels, strategy and activity, working together with multiple teams to develop creative marketing campaigns, monitor trends on social media, ecommerce, digital marketing and technology to optimise campaigns
- Responsible for the creation of marketing materials, develop and manage marketing/sales budgets
- Develop, implement and manage sales forecasting activities, targets, sectors, markets,territories and set performance goals to achieve company objectives
- Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion
- Develop pricing strategies, balancing objectives and customer satisfaction
- Manage and give direction to the marketing and sales departments/teams
- Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Meet with key clients to ensure relationships are maintained and developed
- Identify and understand client's business needs and objectives to develop marketing and sales campaigns
Qualifications and requirements
- A degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration, advertising or related field
- A proven track record in marketing and sales
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts
- Enthusiastic and creative
- Strong organisational and strategic planning skills
