Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our newly established department to connect with main contractor/designer's project for high-end customised metalwork - Eg. Fine-dining restaurant, Luxury brand retail store, 5 star Hotel, Good class bungalow interior, intricate metalwork, etc. This role requires candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset who can bridge the gap between technical requirements and client needs, driving business growth.

Requirements:

- Have sheetmetal knowledge/background. Machining, metal stamping or metal treatment/coating knowledge will be advantageous.

-Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, expanding the company's market share.

-Collaborate with production and project teams to ensure that projects are aligned with client specifications and deadlines.

- Research industry trends, competitors and market demand to identify areas for growth and expansion.

- Champion all project assigned from start to finish: Feasibility metalwork design discussion with client, material procurement, fabrication, post coating and delivery/installation.

- Able to commit extra hours to ensure project complete successfully.

- Able to interpret technical drawing.

- Address client concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
