Our client, a leading semiconductor printed circuit board supplier listed in Korea, is seeking a Sales Operation Executive to join their team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes.
- Manage sales operations tasks such as data analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with sales representatives, marketing teams, and other departments to streamline processes and help meet sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries and requests related to orders, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Manage payment queries, negotiate payment plans, ensure timely payments, and enhance the payment collection process.
Requirements & Preferences
- Minimum of 2 years of sales support experience in the manufacturing/trading, similar industry
- Stable career history, with at least 3 years of experience in your current or previous role.
- Excellent communication in both English and Korean (TOPIK 5 and above) to liaise with English and Korean-speaking customers
- Able to join within 1 month's notice or earlier
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing sales data.
- Able to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a Semiconductor company would be ideal
- Familiar with and experience working in a Korean company
