About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic Affiliate team. Based in Singapore the Senior Account Manager is an integral position within GroupM's Affiliate team, working for some of the largest global brands helping them to drive successful partnerships & campaigns in the Korean market. The Senior Account Manager will work closely with the Affiliate Director from both an operational and strategic stand point. We work with some of the world's biggest retailers, so we are looking for the right candidate to join us to deliver exceptional service levels to these current clients with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Account Management:
- Act as the Korean Account Manager on multiple blue-chip clients within GroupM regional Affiliate Marketing team.
- Manage the day-to-day workflow, acting as a key point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic recommendations to optimise their affiliate programs.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the team to develop and pitch new ideas.
- Compile and deliver and present regular performance reports, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to clients.
- Responsible for financial management from an external perspective, monitoring client budget and spend.
- Meet and host affiliate partner events.
Partner Management & Development:
Campaign Execution & Optimisation:
- Plan, execute, and optimise of affiliate marketing campaigns across various partners.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaigns are delivering against client objectives and budget.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot campaign performance issues, implementing corrective actions to maximise results.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage the platform.
- Recruit and onboard new publisher partners, expand our network, identify strategic partnerships. to grow the business and increase efficiency for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing publisher partners, providing ongoing support and optimising partnerships for mutual growth.
- Negotiate favourable partnership deals and ensure compliance with program guidelines.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Have an analytical approach whilst working on reporting and performance metrics to draw insight and make strategic recommendations to clients to optimise their affiliate program.
- Prepare regular client reports, including performance summaries, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
- Utilise data visualisation tools to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years digital marketing experience with a preference for 3 of these years to be in an affiliate marketing focused role or a client-facing role.
- In-depth knowledge of affiliate / partnership marketing and the best practice on how affiliate programs are managed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders. The candidate must be comfortable presenting to large groups of people and senior clients.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Seeks ownership and readily accepts accountability.
- Some familiarity with reporting platforms (affiliate networks/tools) and how they are used to manage campaign performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Positive attitude and a team player ready to be part of the team culture.
- Fluency in English and Korean is essential for this role due to frequent interations with the market you'll be working on.
