Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand and product marketing strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Lead social media content strategy to boost awareness, conversions, and engagement.
- Plan, storyboard, and create short video content for marketing campaigns.
- Build and manage partnerships with influencers, media, brands, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize visibility and achieve targets.
- Host livestreams for product launches and sales, engaging directly with the audience.
- Work with eCommerce and trade marketing teams on brand campaigns and product launches.
- Write compelling content for social media, blogs (SEO-optimized), and newsletters.
- Generate monthly reports on brand and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of 360 marketing experience (PR, communications, digital marketing), ideally in FMCG or beauty.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about social media trends (TikTok, Instagram), with skills in short-form video content creation and hosting livestreams.
- Familiarity with WordPress and blog content creation is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently and in teams.
- Strong aesthetic sense, with basic skills in Adobe Illustrator or online editing tools like Photopea preferred.
