Job Summary
This position supports global and local marketing campaigns for Bacha Coffee Brand.com, by implementing digital sales, marketing, and logistics strategies across BachaCoffee.com, social media, search engines, and other channels. The objectives include driving net sales while maintaining luxury market positioning. This role requires understanding of branding, digital marketing, consumer relationship marketing and knowledge of online luxury retail and digital platforms.
Primary Relationships
The position reports to the eCommerce Manager.
Within the organisation, this position will assist with the conception of marketing campaigns, and management of loyalty marketing and has primary working relationships with the Design, Public Relations, Marketing, Social, Operations, IT and Warehouse teams, as well as staff with similar roles within partner and franchise organisations.
Outside the organisation, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (media agencies etc.) as well as customers from online and social media platforms.
Responsibilities
Campaign Activation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of eCommerce campaigns and order fulfilment
Performance Marketing and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Site Merchandising and Optimisations
Loyalty Programme and Consumer Lifecycle Marketing
Develop and manage loyalty programme alongside internal teams, to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
Design and implement loyalty campaigns, rewards and incentives to engage and retain customers.
Provide insights into customer behaviour and suggest improved content, eCommerce journeys, and direct marketing initiatives to increase customer satisfaction, engagement and commercial opportunities.
Assist to contribute ideas about new manners to engage with customers, whether through CRM, software innovations or exceptional luxury experiences.
Report and Analysis
Utilise analytics tools to monitor and provide actionable insights for improvements.
Compile weekly, monthly and annual digital marketing campaign performance reports for eCommerce Manager.
