Job Description and Qualification:

This is a full time role for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive located in Ubi Road. Our client delivers the promise of a healthy scalp and beautiful hair. The role involves leading brand and product marketing strategies to align with business goals and drive revenue and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include developing social content strategies, creating short video content, and managing partnerships with KOLs, media, and brands. This role also oversees paid social media advertising, hosts livestreams, collaborates with eCommerce and marketing teams on campaigns, and crafts SEO-optimized copy for various channels. Additionally, the role involves analyzing monthly brand and competitor performance, staying updated on industry trends, and handling ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• A good degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a 360 marketing role encompassing public relations, communications, and digital marketing, ideally within the FMCG / beauty industry.
• A genuine passion for and up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with a keen interest in creating, editing short-form video content, and hosting livestreams for social video marketing.
• Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) required, with copywriting skills a plus.
• Familiarity with WordPress and blog content creation is ideal.
• Strong aesthetic flair, and preferably with basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, or online image-editing software such as Photopea.
