Job Description and Qualification:

This is a full time role for a Senior Ecommerce Executive located in Ubi Road. Our client deliver the promise of a healthy scalp and beautiful hair. This position will drive the brand's digital strategy and online growth, collaborating with the Commercial Manager to develop marketing plans, enhance customer engagement, and execute online product launches across Singapore and potential new markets in Asia Pacific. Key responsibilities include creating content for digital channels, managing partnerships, coordinating cross-functional eCommerce activities, and analyzing performance to identify growth opportunities.

In eCommerce management, this role oversees daily eStore operations, updates content, manages promotions, and develops live streaming campaigns on platforms like TikTok. Additionally, the executive will liaise with vendors to optimise the eStore experience and handle ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• A good degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience, with preferably experience in the FMCG / beauty industry.
• Prior experience in working with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and eStore with a proven track record in driving and growing eCommerce revenue channels.
• Familiarity with the usage of Shopify to manage eStore is a plus.
• Strong aesthetic flair, and preferably with basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, or online image-editing software such as Photopea.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, paid media tools, and digital analytic tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.
