Manage and steer appointed agencies and vendors to support ongoing online/offline marketing initiatives and campaigns comprising but not limited to SEO/SEM, digital advertisements, content marketing, email marketing, events and other promotional initiatives
Uphold the organisation's reputation through the execution of public relations activities and managing customer feedback through front-facing email accounts, Google reviews and other relevant platforms
Cultivate and manage partnerships with key business stakeholders with the aim of developing strategic collaborations to drive mutually beneficial business outcomes
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, insurance partners, medical concierges and other third-party platforms to drive a pipeline of leads and referrals to the company
Provide assistance to execute action plans for the company's operational goals and to support the smooth running of daily operations at the company's specialist clinics
