We are seeking a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead and innovate our C&B strategy for our Singapore office. This role is pivotal in shaping our company's talent and rewards philosophy, ensuring competitive compensation packages, and optimizing benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic C&B Leadership:
- Develop and implement a robust C&B strategy aligned with our business objectives.
- Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
- Oversee the annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to provide strategic C&B guidance.
- Benefits Administration:
- Manage the administration of various benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain accurate HR metrics and reports.
- Support HRIS implementation and data integrity.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage C&B projects, such as job grading, salary structuring, and policy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive C&B experience.
- Industry relevance with Hospitality/ Property Developers/ Tourism are strongly encouraged.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
