In this highly visible role, you get the opportunity topartner with HQ based in Oceania and influence all in-country campaigns in SEA to drive leads and conversion.
The Role
- Develop all SEA digital marketing strategies across paid and owned channels, such as the various social media, corporate websites, EDMs, etc.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of SEA markets and target segments to effectively translate global strategies into regional and localised strategies.
- Lead, manage, nurture leads through the website by enhancing SEO, SEM and web traffic.
- Manage relationships with various teams to support marketing initiatives and maximize reach and impact.
- Drive performance and optimisation through CRM and analytics and establishingkey performance metrics.
- Mentor and build the regional team's capabilities, establish performance metrics, and foster high collaboration.
- Drive revenue outcomes through effective budget management and resource allocations.
Requirements
- 8-12years of proven track record in strategic and hands-on regionaldigital lead generation.
- At least 3 years formal people leadership experience.
- Provenexpertise in paid and owned channels.
- Possesses business acumen and a commercial mindset.
- Influential and a people person, you have strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
