Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to support sales objectives, build brand recognition, and increase market share in Singapore and other key markets.
- Brand Management: Lead branding initiatives to reinforce our position as a trusted provider of medical devices and digital health solutions.
- Product Marketing: Drive successful product launches and lifecycle management for new and existing products, including continuous glucose monitoring systems.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including content creation, social media, email marketing, and website optimization to generate leads and drive engagement.
- Event Management: Coordinate and execute promotional events, conferences, and webinars to support product education and awareness, collaborating with key partners in the healthcare sector.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies, and adjust marketing tactics accordingly.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, healthcare professionals, and distribution partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies, particularly within the medical devices or healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical device marketing in Singapore and ASEAN markets.
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including experience with SEO, PPC, and CRM tools.
