We are seeking a creative and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, preferably within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign and Media Plan Management
- Drive the development, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns
- Contact, evaluate, select and manage media vendors, third party service providers and agencies
- Steer and manage creative, event, and production agencies
- Fulfil key performance indicators for all communication activities, analyse and prepare post-campaign evaluation
- Manage and track campaign budgets and payment processing
- Assist and monitor the development of master media contracts and monthly media plans by utilising efficient and relevant media buying strategies
Event
- Organise and support the execution of car launches, motorshows, roadshows, collaboration events, customer events, sponsorship and / or showroom events
- Execute product launches and sponsorship strategies
- Plan product launches activities and integrate with all related functions
Communication collaterals
- Develop and produce POS materials and merchandise for showroom, roadshows and motorshow (and ensure consistency with website information)
- Plan and execute monthly eNewsletters and mobile app notifications
- To vet and approve all the artworks and marketing materials for product launches and sponsorship activation events
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Support and execute digital marketing strategy and manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive leads for Sales
- Support in influencers marketing and content execution
- Review monthly social media content management and execution
- Tracking conversion rate and make improvements to the all-digital assets
- Assist in planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing activities
Administrative
- Suggest and implement research projects, where relevant
- Analyse data to improve the effectiveness of communications activities
- Provide regular updates to HQ on communications activities
- Maintain close liaison within the team and other internal stakeholders
- Prepare and process purchase requisition and payment requests
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or its equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Agency experience would be a plus
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- High level of independence and initiative
- Prior experience in advertising, events, media planning and budgeting
- Able to work on weekends and afterhours for events
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- A valid Class 3 driving license
- Ability to manage and work under stress and a fast-paced environment
- Able to start work in January 2025 would be a plus
