Objectives of the position:
Spearhead all brand and marketing-related activities, develop and deliver marketing campaigns to acquire new customers across APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead brand building and customer lifecycle marketing from regional level
- Lead the charge to build a strong brand identity & presence in market.
- Interact with relevant influencers, journalists, and media outlets.
- Oversee the content on own sites, partners sites, social media to ensure brand consistency & compliance.
- Educate & provide guidance to team on content development according to global standard & requirements.
- Co-lead in content creation for APAC strategic initiatives with product and strategic marketing team
- Work closely with eBiz team to ensure content is optimized for SEO.
- Develop country capabilities to drive marketing based on the customer lifecycle development.
- Drive towards increasing of market presence, acquire new customers & grow existing customers.
- Measure and analyse campaign performance, offering insights and provide actionable recommendation for continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related field
- 4 - 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an B2B environment
- Digital Savvy
- Proficiency in copywriting is a plus
- Able to multitask and work under time pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities in an ambiguous environment
- Can-do attitude and be self-motivated
- Exceptional project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
