Responsibilities:
- Social Media Ads Campaign implementation & monitoring
- Identify target audience segments and tailor marketing efforts to effectively draw leads for conversion.
- Regularly report on campaign performance with while providing insights & adjustments
- Utilize data-driven insights and able to data report to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to generate insight for any demand creation activities or leads quality
- Manage and maintain a marketing calendar to meet timely execution of campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience required.
- Hands on experienced in managing social media ads campaign, including budget management & performance evaluation
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, with familiarity in analytic tools and software such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
- Proficient in using various digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences, with the ability to create and implement effective social media strategies.
- Skilled in conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
- Effective project management skills, including planning, execution, and oversight.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous in reporting.
- Self-Motivated, hardworking, and a go-getter with the initiative to take on tasks proactively.
