We are growing and we're looking for talent to come onboard our Marketing team as an Organic Performance Specialist based in our Singapore office.
Mission
Your mission is to grow and scale MoneySmart Singapore's organic search profile. You will work closely with the Organic Performance team to execute SEO strategies, and initiatives that meet set KPIs and ensure that we drive significant session volume and engagement for our unpaid marketing channels. You will also be contributing to in-depth market research and applied SEO best practices for Moneysmart financial products.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to generate actionable recommendations and improvements for MoneySmart SG
Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to optimise the website and increase its visibility, rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates
Assist in SEO content growth in the areas of research, planning, and publishing
Assist in troubleshooting SEO problems and execute optimisation plans to resolve issues
Support the Organic Performance Manager in driving collective growth for unpaid marketing channels such as organic, social, direct, and referral
Collaborate with editorial, design, product, and technical teams to implement SEO strategies and ensure SEO best practices are observed in MoneySmart SG
Present and share data to the wider team on marketing initiatives, search landscape, and other macro news affecting business KPIs
Stay on top of news and trends about the consumers and personal finance space in Singapore
Requirements
At least 1 year work experience in SEO or digital marketing with a proven track record of success. Experience in handling aggregator, eCommerce, or fintech sites are preferred
Knowledge on On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO. Must be able to measure and report on the performance of SEO success
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website development best practices
Familiarity in using industry tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console are preferred
Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently as well as with different cross-functional teams
