Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and execute engaging, on-brand content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Attend client meetings to understand their business goals and tailor content accordingly.
- Create compelling content for both owned and paid platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Strategy Development:
- Develop a comprehensive social media strategy and manage content calendar planning.
- Set campaign KPIs and track performance benchmarks, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, industry trends, and best practices.
Performance Monitoring:
- Compile, measure, and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, post scheduling, and strategic organization to maximize engagement and reach.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools, delivering regular reports and insights.
Collaboration and Administration:
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Maintain seamless communication across various groups to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
Digital Marketing Execution:
- Conceptualize and oversee digital and online strategies, specifically tailored for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
