Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities: Burmese Cuisine
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Supervise kitchen staff and manage shift schedules
Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
Assist in menu planning and inventory management
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Ensure timely delivery of food orders
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and team management skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including late nights
