Job Description & Requirements

Admin Duties:

• Perform Medisave claims (e-filing) for patients.
• Data entry and filing.
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties like delivering retail care products/ casenotes to different hospitals/ CD collection from radiology department
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Doctors.

Marketing:

• Perform regular digital marketing activities.
• Assist in preparing event-related documents and materials.
• Support all marketing initiatives across content creation, member engagement, and brand-building.

Events Management:

• Coordinate and provide support for events, including but not limited to booking venues, providing IT support for online events, liaising with participants on registration, attending to inquiries, maintaining proper records, and managing post-event feedback/follow-up.
• Carry out on-site event management across all locations when required.
• Manage event inventory and equipment, if any.
