Provide support to sales department on import / export matters.
. Prepare L/C and banking documentation.
. Handle and process all shipping documents and to ensure completeness, accuracy and in compliance with the relevant import / export rules and regulations.
. Execute all sales activities from preparing sales invoices and related documents, follow up, shipping documents, invoicing to collecting payment from customers on timely basis.
. Liaise and coordinate shipment, sales, admin, logistics, etc.
. Update sales data to support monthly / quarterly / yearly reports.
. Ensure all import / export documentation is maintained in a complete and accurate manners.
. Any other duties assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
. Min 3 years in sales administration.
. Must have experience in handling import / export and L/C documentation.
. Proficient in English and Mandarin as the role is required to liaise with foreign clients / associates.
. Proficient in PC skills, Microsoft Words and Excel.
. Ability to work independently self-motivated and organized.
