- Co-ordinate and plan programmes and services with internal and external stakeholders.
- Direct, guide and participate in the orientation and training of new staff and provide ongoing training and monitoring of care staff
- Take charge of daily operations, and care provisions of clients, supervise and deploy staff to ensure operations is safe and effective.
- Take charge of incidents in the centre related to staff, clients and volunteers to ensure that the incident is resolved, reported and follow-up.
- Work with lead to ensure financial sustainability of the centre.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of communications, assessment and processes
- Carry out other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any related courses
- Minimum 1 year experience as a operations executive in healthcare industry
- Able to start immediate or within short notice
