The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, shooting, and editing engaging video content that aligns with our brand. You will play a key role in brainstorming ideas for content, staying updated with the latest social media trends, and running successful TikTok ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various platforms (TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
2. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and create engaging video content ideas.
3. Stay updated on current social media trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithms.
4. Design and execute TikTok ad campaigns, including content creation and performance optimisation.
5. Analyse video performance metrics to refine and improve content strategy.
6. Manage video production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
7. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to social media audiences.
Requirements:
1. Some experience in shooting, editing, and producing video content.
2. Familiarity with video editing software, have own laptop to edit videos on.
3. Knowledge of TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube, and Instagram algorithms and trends.
4. Experience running TikTok ads and understanding of ad performance metrics.
5. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
6. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
7. Willingness to learn and keep up with evolving digital marketing techniques.
Preferred Skills (Will give you added advantage):
1. Graphic design experience (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
2. Basic knowledge of analytics tools for social media performance.
3. Experience with other advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
