Utilise data and research to propose new features, functionalities, design or content to optimise user experience for 8 brand websites.
Design website experiments and personalisation campaigns that will increase conversion rate and generate new business development/ investment leads.
Lead fortnightly enhancements of websites and e-commerce platforms, including conducting of rigorous user testing and maintaining project/user documentation.
Ensure effective governance of our websites and our e-commerce platforms, including regular audits and creation of content guidelines.
Facilitate or assist in website content updates, and servicing stakeholders through our internal website content ticket centre.
Job Requirements:
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while being detail-oriented.
Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in website management and/or digital marketing.
Strong analytic skills with experience in Google Analytics, event tracking analysis and Looker Studio.
Proven leadership in digital project management.
Basic knowledge of web programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Google Tag Manager (GTM) will be advantageous.
