- Provide strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively collect requirements, identify alternatives, and design and deploy quality solutions
- Collaborate and direct cross-functional teams internally and externally to successfully deliver a project end-to-end
- Gather and document business requirements and use cases needed for testing participate in and execute testing for releases
- Play a key liaison role during technology implementation, providing direction and requirements clarity and testing new and enhanced capabilities, prior to release into production.
- Create user and training documentation
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers to implement
- Design and implement marketing automation best-practices, including introduction of new functionality and integration with other sales and marketing systems
- Develop proposals of technical solutions including recommendations on architecture, licensing, configuration, sizing, and scalability
- Analyze and determine application integration best practices and solutions
- Work with development team to ensure the design and development of technology solutions fulfills all business requirements, achieves desired customer experience objectives and goals
- Support end-to-end feature and/or system enhancements, including discovery/requirements gathering, solution design, build/configuration, QA/UAT and training
- Drive system and process changes resulting in improvements in system usage, internal efficiency, and data accuracy
- Minimum Qualifications and Skillsets (Must Haves):*
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar
- Knowledge of software development best practices
- Min 5+ Years of hands-on Marketo Experience
- Proven Marketo experience related to integration with Marketo with other data sources and systems
- Deep expertise in automation processes including lead management, lead lifecycle, campaign management, multi-channel campaigning and online marketing
- Ability to gather requirements effectively and provide best practices and solutions to client
- Ability to work independently to deliver end product
- Ability to effectively communicate to both technology and business communities
- Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Demonstrate understanding of the latest trends in the digital marketing space, including integration with mobile channel, data management in the new space, integration of online and offline channels and how its enables using some of the technologies
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technology
- Ability to document and prototype business use cases and data flows
