Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of brand and product marketing strategies to meet business goals and boost revenue and engagement.
- Manage social media content strategy to increase awareness, conversions, and engagement.
- Plan and create short video content to support marketing goals.
- Build and maintain partnerships with influencers, media, other brands, and stakeholders.
- Run paid advertising campaigns on social media to increase online visibility and achieve goals.
- Host and manage livestreams for product launches and online sales, engaging directly with the audience.
- Work with the eCommerce and trade marketing teams on brand campaigns and product launches.
- Write clear and engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Prepare monthly reports on brand and competitor performance, providing insights and identifying growth opportunities.
- Keep up with industry trends to ensure our content is fresh and relevant.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a 360-marketing role, ideally in FMCG/beauty.
- Passionate about social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram skilled in creating/editing short-form videos and hosting livestreams.
- Familiar with WordPress and blog content creation.
- Strong aesthetic sense basic skills in Adobe Illustrator or online image-editing software like Photopea preferred.
