Team Summary
The Product and B2B marketing team is a passionate and dedicated team with a high-performance culture to lead and execute experiential marketing to raise awareness and generate demand through the creation, curation of Product and B2B Marketing Strategies. Success is achieved through collaboration with cross functional teams across Visa to speed up product and solution adoption, migration and retention to deliver business growth.
Overview of the Product & B2B Marketing Director at Visa:
As Regional Director, you will have a dual reporting line to the Sr. Director of Asia Pacifics Product & B2B Marketing and the Visa Commercial Solution, Vice President of Global Product & B2B Marketing. You are responsible for leading regional marketing programs for Visas Growth Engine.
In this role, you will be the link that connects our regional product strategy to the tactics needed to drive success in sales and marketing. You will use strategic insights and data to drive the development of positioning, value proposition and messaging that resonates with buyers and enables our sales teams to be successful. You will collaborate and partner with our global and communications teams to co-design, develop and deliver innovative programs and marketing initiatives to achieve APs goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Be a strategic leader:
You will lead development of regional marketing strategies, in close partnership with global, regional and country teams to engage our clients and deliver against Visas business and marketing goals
Be the expert on our target audiences, and their advocate inside Visa, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria and then distilling the deep insights to develop value propositions and messaging
You will help develop marketing that articulates value propositions, sets forth positioning and messaging, and activation of experiential strategies relevant to the regional priorities
You will lead, direct and manage agencies to accomplish strategic marketing projects to support the business and drive concreate outcomes.
Drive Visa Commercial Solution ecosystem awareness and thought leadership:
Work with Global Product & B2B Marketing to help shape industry thought leadership content and promote across B2B ecosystem audiences
Partner with regional Communications lead to plan and execute thought leadership programs with and through Media PartnersAccelerate bringing more products and solutions to market:
Work in partnership with product and sales to deploy a B2B awareness and lead generation campaigns targeting Financial Institutions, FinTechs, BPSPs, Strategic Partners, Large Mid-Market Commercial Accounts, SMBs, and Government Institutions
Work to localize, build and deploy sales enablement content to help Visa Commercial Solution product & sales team engage clients and partner
Localize and launch Visa.com and owned channel content in support of B2B campaigns
Build and activate experiential digital marketing strategies and plans to advance an always-on content strategy to build awareness and drive demandHelp accelerate end user adoption and usage through:
Work closely with country Client Marketing teams to drive client engagement in support of building cardholder activation, acquisition and usage
Engage with strategic partners to drive regional co-marketing efforts
Qualifications
What you will need:
We are looking to hire candidates with a natural ability to understand and present the value propositions of our products and solutions in a way that resonates with customers and clearly communicates how we solve our buyers problems. As a candidate you should have:
Bachelors degree required or MBA preferred
Minimum 10 years progressively responsible business experience in Product Marketing or Product Management or B2B Marketing
Experience developing and managing partner programs a plus
Strong strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency
Audience-focused mindset, with a proven track record of discovering key insights
Strong executive presence with highly effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present with impact

Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
Solid financial and analytical acumen with strong ROI orientation
