About the Job: Inbound Marketing Consultant

We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken Inbound Marketing Consultant to join our team. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, clarify on their marketing goals, and work with the team to prepare and present marketing proposals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong determination to excel in the dynamic online marketing space and possess the following key skills and abilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

  • Being open minded and tactful in handling clients communication politely and professionally
  • To understand and manage client's needs and ensure execution stays aligned with strategy and on scope/time
  • To confidently manage and communicate with client, and coordinate with team members independently to ensure successful delivery of campaign's scope, expectations and timeline, with minimal team lead's involvement

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop effective campaign strategies for service workstreams under each project
  • Develop effective content strategies for various stages of the buyer's journey
  • Use tools like HubSpot and Looker Studio to extract and input data into report templates
  • Analyse data and work out actionable insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth, meeting clients goals

Managing Campaign:

  • Execute tasks and develop specific workstream plans with minimal errors, ensuring high-quality output
  • Audit ad copies, EDMs, and web pages to enhance conversion rates
  • Manage media plans to maximise results and hit targets on the various Ad Networks (Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Bing, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan out media campaigns based on best practice for Ad Networks such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Implement and optimise marketing campaigns across different ad tactics, such as paid media advertising and email marketing
  • Achieve Gross Profit (GP) under management targets by ensuring campaign success and securing renewals

  • You get imbued with energy working independently while taking comfort that your team-mates are there for you
  • You are an inner geek at heart and would jump at the chance to dissect data and explain statistics to a client
  • You are obsessed with making things better no matter how minute and like coming up with the next how-to guide
  • You can multitask without breaking much of a sweat (assessed when you can keep focus and a smile while having clients, team-mates and managers asking for stuff to be done at the same time)
  • You have good time-management ability
  • You want to be always learning and evolving in your chosen profession and
  • You want and can make a significant contribution to the organisation you join.

Extra points when we assess your application

  • You are a marketer, with 1 to 3 years of experience, who embraces technology.
  • You have some experience in client servicing work or equivalent.
  • You have some flair in writing or creating content.
  • You write, track and monetise your own blog or online property.
  • You can demonstrate that you are the right fit for this job in your CV.
