We are a fast-growing influencer marketing agency based in Singapore. We help brands maximise their online presence through strategic influencer campaigns on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. As our Marketing Executive, you will play a role in the success of our influencer campaigns. You will work closely with clients, our internal team, and influencers to ensure seamless project execution and outstanding content delivery. You will be involved in our daily operations and execution of client tasks.
Your role would comprise mainly of the following:
- Client Management
- Campaign Management
- On-ground Operations (Managing shoots & events in person)
Client Management:
Managing Client Updates
- Keep clients informed about project progress and updates.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Ensure consistent and ongoing communication with all active clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
Managing Client Calls
- Schedule and conduct client calls to discuss project progress and updates.
- Address client inquiries and concerns during calls.
- Ensure all client interactions are professional and productive.
Managing Client Onboarding
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and information is collected.
- Provide clients with a clear understanding of the agency's processes and expectations.
Campaign Management:
Managing KOL Shortlisting and Scripts
- Identify and shortlist Influencers & Creators for campaigns.
- Oversee the creation and approval of content & scripts for KOLs.
Influencer Coordination
- Shortlist Influencers for client campaigns using our process.
- Work closely with our network of influencers and content creators to ensure they receive clear briefs and guidelines for content creation.
- Assist in their content creation.
- Monitor influencer deliverables, deadlines, and campaign performance.
Budget Management
- Monitor and manage project budgets.
- Ensure expenditures stay within allocated budgets.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Vendor Management
- Identify and manage relationships with vendors and external partners.
Ideally, you are someone with:
- At least 2 years in a fast-paced marketing agency
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Communicate clearly and efficiently both with our team and clients
- Have a great understanding of digital marketing platforms, especially Meta (Facebook & Instagram) & TikTok
- Resolve client requests & feedback professionally
- Committed to continuous learning and adapting to industry best practices
- Multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
- Work effectively with our team
This is a mostly remote role.
