Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Applovin, and others to drive downloads.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and ensure objectives are met.
- Develop concepts, storyboards, and directions for marketing creatives.
- Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling solutions for user acquisition.
- Plan and oversee the A/B testing of games/creatives to optimize performance and identify the most effective strategies for player engagement.
- Analyze campaign data to extract meaningful insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Research, strategize, and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Prepare ASO content for app visibility and assist with ads monetization tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any other related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in gaming or e-commerce
- Experience with campaign management tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Applovin).
- Familiar with Mobile Measurement Partner (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust)
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good creative skills with the ability to develop compelling marketing assets.
- Highly motivated to explore and stay updated on AI tools and market trends

Preferred Qualifications
- Good understanding of short video trends on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, with the ability to leverage these trends in user acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with ads monetization processes.
- Knowledge of ASO strategies and best practices.
