Job Summary:
Are you a fun, creative, and strategic thinker with a passion for social media LG Foods is looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive who is enthusiastic about using platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to elevate our brand's presence. In this role, you'll develop and implement engaging social media strategies, create captivating content, and manage campaigns that resonate with our audience. Your role will be key in driving brand visibility, fostering online engagement, and contributing to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to promote LG Foods brand ethos and values across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
. Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content, including product photography and promotional graphics, for social media and digital platforms. Contribute to website blogs and other online marketing channels.
. Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage social media advertising campaigns. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, conducting cost/benefit analysis to optimise ROI.
. Engagement: Actively monitor social media platforms, engage with followers, and manage interactions to build a strong online community.
. Collaboration: Work closely with our social media agency and internal teams to ensure content and campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
. Market Insights: Analyse social media trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for content and campaign improvements. Provide recommendations based on insights to drive future strategies.
. SEO/SEM: Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and support lead generation efforts.
. Reporting: Track and report on social media metrics and campaign effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve future social media strategies.

Qualifications:
. Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
. Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing, including campaign development, content creation, and analytics.
. Skills: Strong creative skills with the ability to create visually appealing content. Proficiency with social media platforms and advertising tools. Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles.
. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse audience.
. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the food industry or product marketing is an advantage.
